Miri Food - Claypot Rice

A nice spot to share with the Mirians.
Especially for those food lovers out there!

Northern Traditional Dumpling
It's not easy to noticed this little small restaurant as it's not by the road side where everyone can see it.
It's located at the old shop-lots behind SOHO (somewhere around there)

Based on their signboard, their signature dish are of course dumplings right?
It taste ok. But not as good as their claypot rice.
The restaurant is run by a China lady but if the boss happened to be around when u visit, then it's your lucky day cause HE definitely cooks better than the lady.

Fish Clay Pot Rice
The taste was ok but not as good as the Fish Head's clay pot.
Suitable for those vegetarians tho.

Beef Clay Pot Rice
I'm a beef & lamb lover but I decided to give the beef a go that day.
The tenderness of the beef was perfectly cooked.
Giving it a 7 out of 10.

MUST TRY: Fish Head Clay Pot Rice
This will be the signature clay pot rice & yes, I can guarantee u it taste good.
(has a tingling spicy taste to it)

If you're worried about the pricing, nah.. the prices are reasonable.
It only cost u RM8 per clay pot.

The place is quite small & can only accommodate a few family at a time.
The owners there were really friendly & keep asking if the food it ok.

My dinner date looking very "casual" as usual.
Trying to be a critic herself, she told me that "Mommy, the 100plus here taste too cold. Not good" =.='

So if u ever happened to be around the corner, drop by for a lunch & dinner.
I assured u won't regret it :o)
